Big Auditorium
The concept of a cultural centre was non existent in Ludhiana. It was precisely for the reason that the Committee built up a 900 seats spacious auditorium for enhancing the cultural heritage in the year 2000. The centrally air conditioned auditorium of the Bhawan with its element seating, well planned lighting system and 100% power backup compares favourably with one of the best and biggest of its kind north of Delhi. The auditorium provide the mega city of North India with all facility to organize national and international level shows & performances. It has 8 green rooms with 2 toilets. For public it has 2 ladies and 2 gents toilets. |

Mini Auditorium
Having Big Auditorium the requirement for small auditorium also arised for small function and for the parties wants to spend less. It was precisely for the reason that the Committee built up a 200 seats auditorium in the year 2013. The centrally air conditioned auditorium of the Bhawan with its element seating, well planned lighting system and 100% power backup with balcony. The seat arrangement is like 180 seats in the ground floor and 20 seats in the balcony with capacity of additional 30 seats. The auditorium provide the mega city of North India with all facility to organize national and international level shows & performances. It has 2 green rooms with 2 toilets. For public it has ladies and gents toilets. It has elegant entrance and a well designed lobby. |

Shopping Arcade
'OASIS' - a pride of Ludhiana, the most modern centrally air conditioned shopping arcade is one of its kind in the region. Library
A modern library laying emphasis on information and technology has been planned by Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana and is going to start soon. It will be a well stocked library containing works and research report of eminent writers, scholars and the ethnologists. Encyclopedic and research documents will find a special place here. The books will be neatly kept and well catalogued for early reference under the stewardship of qualified librarians. It will also be a valuable resources centre for universities in India & Abroad. The Library is under construction. |
